Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
To begin a return, please reach out to our support team with your order number. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you once your refund is approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to exchange
- The item you’d like instead
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it right away with a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
We do our best to process orders quickly so they arrive to you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, it will need to follow our Return Policy once delivered.
This helps us ensure fair treatment for our fulfillment partners and allows us to keep offering high-quality products made with care.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We’re unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Returns requested after 30 days
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
